The receptionists were polite and very friendly. The room we were assigned, although very small, met our expectations. The bathroom, although compact and windowless, was well-stocked and equipped with everything we needed. However, opening the suitcase on the floor was difficult, as there was little space and we risked having to sacrifice a bed to accommodate it, leaving very little room to move. The view from the room was of the back of the hotel, over a small snowy parking lot. The beds and mattresses were very soft and comfortable, although a little too soft for our taste. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise: a varied buffet with sweet and savory options, accompanied by a dispenser of coffee, water and orange juice. We particularly appreciated the toaster and fresh bread. Another positive aspect was the luggage storage service, available even after checkout, which allowed us to enjoy a few more hours without worries. If you want to go to the center of Reykjavik I recommend taking the bus, even if it is uncomfortable.
